Spa Service Policy

As we all know, life can be hectic at times and you may need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

All appointments are booked here, which requires a credit card to secure your date and time. This guarantees that my clients value our time together.

Please be respectful and give at least 24 hours notice if you must reschedule your appointment. By booking, you authorize this business to charge your card a no-show fee up to 100% of the scheduled value should you miss your visit without proper notification (except in emergency, of course). Since popular times fill up quickly, I encourage you to book your appointments in advance to ensure you get the day and time you want.
If you are rescheduling an appointment you have same day for a later date 50% of your service will be billed to your credit card.

If you arrive 10 minutes or more late, we may need to reschedule your service to avoid disrupting the appointments of other clients. Thank you for understanding!


Microblading Service Cancellation Policy

As someone who prides themselves on striving for perfection, I take my time to measure, draw and create brows just for you.

These appointments are about 4 hours of dedicated time that I reserve for your procedure. Deposits are required to reserve your procedure time and are applied to your total cost day of.

In consideration of the above, please be respectful and give at least 72 hours notice if you must reschedule your appointment.

By booking, you authorize this business to accept your deposit as reimbursement for a no-show fee should you miss your visit without proper notification (except in emergency, of course). And you may be required to pay in full before creating a new reservation.
